Protein Packed Peanut Butter & Banana Toast

  1. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  2. Turn 2 slices over and spread with peanut butter.
  3. Mash bananas in a bowl. Sprinkle in protein powder and mash again. Spread over peanut butter.
  4. Place the other slice of bread on top, buttered side out.
  5. Pop into sandwich toaster for about 4 minutes until golden. Slice and serve.
